My husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing Tart's "soft opening" last night because, I am happy to say, my art is hanging there. Tart is a full service French Global inspired eatery and libation destination located in the heart of downtown Bend, OR. Their focus is to serve the freshest ingredients seasonally available and to pair them with craft beers, elegant wines from around the world, and masterfully crafted cocktails. The cuisine is carefully prepared with global techniques and exemplifies an artistic, hands-on approach that showcases local ingredients at a value-conscious price.
We thouroghly enjoyed our meal from the Pork Tenderloin Lollipops to the fabulous Creme Brulee. The flavors were exciting and the presentation was beautiful. I highly recommend giving Tart a try!
